COOKING COURSES IN TUSCANY, ITALY
Italian Traditions
Dust flour over the table, crack two farm eggs into the centre begin to knead. Soon you’ll be producing fresh tortelli or rosemary focaccia. Our culinary classes offer you more than a memory to take home, you leave with a new skill. Recreate the fresh produce at home to share with your friends.
Our passionate chefs are delighted to discuss the culinary traditions of Italy, Tuscany and the Maremma. In conversation you might hear about how long pecorino needs ageing, why saffron is gastronomic gold and their personal secrets for aquacotta.
